are all G37's the same?

As far as emissions go is a California G the same as an Oregon or Arizona G. My problem is I live in Oregon and there is only one infiniti dealer in the whole state of Oregon and they just don't have any competition from other dealers, so they're not selling at invoice, the best they'll do is $1000 below MSRP . In Cal. I can get it at invoice, so my ? is will the cal. car have more emissions stuff on it or will it be the same as other G"s from other states. Thanks

I am pretty sure California has the most strict rule on emission than all other state.

50-state emissions system on this model, so each one meets the CARB standards and one from say TX is the same as one from CA. (CARB LEV2-ULEV USEPA Tier 2 Bin 5)
