i mention this before... whenever i go on slope or rough road my roof making sqeaking sound... they held my car for 2days... and fixed it.. and it happend again.... its been 3days now... they just called me and they don't seems to find the problem... it is still making sound...can my g be lemon car? what if they don't fix it.. should i ignore the sound? or open lemon claim? suggestion please

its the body flex! mine does it to sometimes
when i go on to plazas and the slope is really steep it will pop too.

 

will it cause anything? or its just annoying sound

 

its just the body i dont think u can really do anything about it.
i never had this issue on my bimmer

I remember reading a post on bimmerfest about body flex and chassis stiffness and structural rigidity.... Some trackers petetioned BMW to allow NA cars to come with a moonroof delete option....Supposedly cars without moonroofs are structurally more rigid and have less body flex in turns...

went to dealer they still don't have answer.... iget that noise even on freeway... if they don't fix it by tomorrow....ill contact infiniti corporate....

update... guess what they are going to replace exhaust too... exhaust was rattle...
and for the roof noise....they told me they change the headliner...(do you guys know what that part is?) hopely next week i get my G back in perfect condition..

 

they can't fix it.... no matter what they try... it still make noise...

you can't stop body flex 100%. you can do somethings to reduce it, chassis braces and roll cages and such but thats about it. Every car's chassis bends and flexs under heavy load and on uneven surfaces....
