This is a big OUCH

Ladies and Gentlemen: Ok moved my car at night and hit the curb. Rather I should say the CURB hit me. About 2 inches of my rim was damaged. I was pissed. Waited until morning and ordered a new rim. Not to happy about the price and paying for it, but my fault. Please let me know that I am not the only one who has done this. But al in all new rim put on and ready to drive.

Out of respect I'll reserve a snide comment about women drivers curbing wheels and tires. Watch out for those curbs - they jump out at you from out of nowhere. And welcome to the forum.

There is a guy near your area that fixes rims. Kevin at SL Metals. He fixed my DPEs like new when I had them for my G35. He does excellent work and very reasonable priced. You should check him out first.

Didn't think that they would be able to fix it correctly but nice to know. Still can't believe I did that. But good to know for the next time.
