Crash Safety Rating

Several members have gotten into nasty accidents here and were able to post the stories/pictures of it. If they were able to come here and tell their story, then I'm sure the crash ratings are good.

A new Civic has 5 stars in every crash category (4 in rollover), so anything less for the twice as expensive G would be embarrassing and unacceptable. I'm pretty sure it should rate 5 as well; we should know soon enough, no? Later.

^^Well the cost of the crash is one of the worst BUT as far as being a lifesaving vehicle it should be one of the highest. The G35-37 does have a high cost per accident rating, BUT then again the G35 design, I believe, has been in the top 5 for safety as far as saving lives. Who cares how much damage is done to the car? If you survive with no to little injuries then that is what matters.

I've searched and searched online and I believe NHTSA only crash tested the 08' sedan. It was 5 stars front crash and 4 stars side impact if I recall correctly. Above average as far as safety goes. But it ranks worst when it comes to the cost of repairing it.
Anyways, it was good enough for my dad to approve of the car. Although I will be paying for it myself.
Hopefully, I'll have it by summer.
