You are not supposed to rotate the tires btw.

A tire balance AND rotation should run about $50!

just say to the service people the dealer offered you first three oil change on the house, and they will assume its true every single time, they have no idea what they said in the past. you can also ask for a free detail wax job and say it was on the dealer too, or free tank of gas....thats what i do...
