Been looking for this answer, but not trying to hijack the thread. I'm getting the backup camera with my G37S, but the body colored spoiler is "owed" to me, so does that mean it will have the "chrome lip" and when the spoiler comes in they take off the chrome lip comes off and the body colored spoiler goes on?
Sorry if it's been asked before, couldn't find it after some searching.
I think if you're "owed" the spoiler you'll be getting one at a later date. the chrome lip is standard on the car but when you get the spoiler, it fits right over the chrome lip. They shouldn't have to take it off.
I don't think they put a huge emphasis into the spoilers on the G37 since the new back looks good without a spoiler unlike the G35 which looks horrible without a spoiler.
LoL I think in the reverse totally - I think the new back looks bad without spoiler, esp with the chrome piece....And I think the old 35 back looked good without spoiler (as well as with of course)
I think someone on this forum painted his chrome lip and it looked pretty decent. Still reminds me of a tadpole's tail, so I prefer the spoiler anyway. The thread also says that Bat sells overlays for the rear lip.

The OEM spoiler installation requires the removal of the chrome lip. The aftermarket spoilers are the ones that fit right over the chrome lip.
