infiniti still hasnt found the interior rear quarter panel... they will let me know tomarrow if they are going to give me the car as is and fix it at a later date via a nissan dealership.

WOW! Is there any manufacturer out there that can tell you who actually did the assembly! You really know they have some sort of quality control system when they can do that.

Looks like Yukari is fired.

 

Take the car and make them install the panel when it comes in while you wait.
should only take a few minutes. Minimum inconvenience to you.

you should invest in one of those lil circle mirrors for your side mirrors to see your blind spot so you won't have to turn ur body cuz that can be dangerous.

you might want to wait it out. I'm not sure exactly how the lemon law works but I think in most states if the cars been in the dealership for 30+ days it counts as a lemon. Thats what was happening to guys with the 335 that had fuel pump issues. There was a fuel pump shortage and it took 4-6 weeks before their car was repaired and collected dust at the dealer. I hear either BMW would buy them back or offer them a very attractive offer to keep the car...It sounds from the forums most people took the offer. So... you might want to wait it out to build towards 30 days so you can be in that position of having Infiniti buy it back or offer you a deal if something else goes wrong in the future.
