When you click on each car of the 11, look at the category that appears before the name in the description. G37 is #1 for resale in KBB's "coupe" class.

Wait, it's only 2 months old... most probably have 700-2000 miles on it, it better be high in value!

It's a Predicted 5-year retained value at 52 percent which if true is really good... Now my question is, shouldn't this make leases cheaper? Infiniti...?

Yes it is based on a predicted 5 year period. The previous generation coupe was around 50%- 51% if I remember correctly.
