Does anyone worry about the rear plate scratching up the bumper? I did not have a frame installed when I picked it up and it just hangs there.

I don't know why you would even be concerned. The location is must btter than on the trunk.

i did think about this also for a min. but i removed the plate and it seems fine. plus i have a plate frame on the way so i'm not worried

i dont think there is an exact time. It vary's from state to state. depends how fast the inmates are working and how many new plates need to be produced. A smaller state is going to have a faster turn around compaired to a florida, texas, california....

Yea i live here in Texas as a matter of fact. Im just wondering whether it takes days or weeks

 

I got mine in 10 - 14 days. It didn't take too long. I remeber being surprised how quick they showed up.
