I could vouch for non-sport if you're commuting daily. You could always do your own suspension and rim upgrades on the non-sport as well. The other amenities are negligible as well. IMO the LSD is where the sports package becomes a must...

i went non-s. Why pay for upgraded suspension if I'm going to get coilovers. Why pay for 19" wheels if I'm going to buy aftermarkets. Why pay for BBK, if I'm going to end up replacing that as well. If you plan to mod, save the money on the car and put it towards your mods you would have done anyways. If you plan to keep it stock, but like the features the S offers, then it is totally worth it IMO.

^ It also comes with a LSD, paddle shifters, different front bumper.. etc. I say its worth it, even though you may end up upgrading rims and brakes later on anyways.

Yeah, but to some people this is less important.

I read that the vlsd is very weak and also, is the fluid of the vlsd replaceable?

That's a Miata. Totally different builds. Sounds like you've been burned by a bad transmission before.

+100. so worth it for the brakes and vlsd. paddle shifters are neat if you have an auto. everything else is just dress up but looks good.
