TRUU indeed my friend. The way the OP makes it seem... sports package it is! (speaking from experience and tech knowledge)
We need more input from ppl w/o SPORTS

I like my non-sport, non-upgraded wheels/tires. I can rotate my tires front-rear, and get a bit more mileage out of them. I don't have a garage, so the idea of storing away summer tires and swapping for winter is also not the best for me (and I already have one car with summer tires on it).
Different strokes for different folks.

sports package is worth it...100%. Also I think the Nav is worth it too...looking a trade in value in the future. within the next 7 years Naz systems will be near standard equipment. I don't want to be behind the curve without it

I drove both a sport and non-sport and the trade seems to be that the sport rides a little stiffer but the tires and LSD helps it gripe the road much better. Also when I saw the two side by side, the wheels, logo brakes, and more defined side sills really make the car. At first I thought I wouldn't like the sport spoiler and front-end but when I saw it packaged with the other sport exclusive features it sold me ;-). The one I bought was fully loaded except active steer and the only thing I probably could do have done without is the tech package. Nothing like seeing and driving the cars in person.

Have had G37S for a week (2 speeding fines already - hmmm) and drive upwards of 260 k's round trip to work.
Get the S definitely - that being said (as someone else quoted) if you have to ask you maybe don't need the additional features that us revheads do

I live in Ohio, where I see just about as many Gwagons as G37s. And while I do see another G37 once or twice a month, I still have never seen a non-sport version. Even the dealership doesn't have any!! I have to assume that almost every person buying a G37 feels that the sport package is well worth it, and I couldn't agree more.

I think the guy who started this thread is asking if it is worth it to get the "
sports package" for the journey model. The sports package for the Journey model only include the 19 inch sport wheels. That is it. He would have to pay significantly more to get the G37s model, the model you guys are talking about with the seats, brakes, suspension, etc...

+100. It makes the car. Not trying to be a non-sport hater, but I love the sport styling and handling. When people stare at your STOCK wheels like they're expensive aftermarkets and at your car like it's possibly an exotic....yeah, you've made a good purchase. Also agree that the upgrades are VERY well worth the money. Infiniti could charge a WHOLE lot more, so YES, very much a smart idea to get that red "S" badge on the trunk!!!
