Tight Thigh Bolster - Will it soften?

Tight Thigh Bolster - Will it soften?
For those that have had the sport seats for a little while, have the lower bolsters loosened after use? I've test drove a couple of times over the past couple of days and this is the one thing that bothers me about the car...
...or is my a$$ to big?
I really want the 6MT, but these seats might be a deal breaker.

This bothered me a bit as well, but not enough to keep me from buying the car. I've had car since 9/14, and yes, the bolsters have loosened a little. I'm assuming they will even more over time. They don't bother me anymore, and maybe that's because there's so much else to love about this car! For me, I just reposition a little if it does become noticeable.

I too have a fat ***, and I take my wallet out of my back pocket everytime I get into the car, which helps alot. I think eventually the seat will get used to your *** groove and won't be so uncomfortable later on.

Long trips (over 3 hours) require me to stop and get out for ten minutes or so and then I'm good to go for another 3 hours. They are better now than when new and I've had the beast since August 28?

Thanks for all of the feedback. I glad I'm not alone!
A follow-up question...
Is this acceptable and expected for sport seats or is the seat built for the smaller among us?

i think it may be a little of both. certainly they're supposed to be stiffer and more structured to keep you planted in the seat. however, i feel like they're made for someone with just a wee bit thinner thighs than i have. let's just take it as a sign and call Jenny.... NOT

Add me to the list of people who find the thigh area of the sport seats to be a little tight. I found that if you hold the thigh bolster adjust button on the "deflate" setting and then rock back and forth a few times, pressing hard against the thigh bolster area, it seems to squeeze a little bit more space out.
I love the G37 and loved my G35 before it, but the seats are one area that Infiniti doesn't seem to want to cater to the U.S. market. The seats are identical to the ones in the Japanese home market, where the average Japanese male is much smaller than the average American. We get the exact same seats as used in Japan, they're not up-sized for bigger American butts. I guess it's a little cost-cutting by Carlos Ghosn, Nissan's CEO who is known for being a major penny-pincher.

Exactly, call me Mr. Skinny A** but if I deflate the bolsters the entire way I'm flying side to side in the seat on turns. I'm 6'1" 200lbs so I don't think I'm just skin and bones either. I love how it keeps you right in there, I have the bottom bolsters at about mid inflation. The seats do get a bit uncomfortable after a long drive however, but for me I find that's more a symptom of the armrest being a bit lower in this car, it makes it tough to rest your arm and hold the steering wheel at the same time (which I used to do in my G35). Adjusting the steering wheel doesn't seem to fix it either without having the wheel sticking out at a ridiculous angle. Another thing that seems to bother me is the lumbar support, my lower back gets a bit uncomfortable after a while, I haven't tried to adjust that yet though.
