IMO, when standing at the rear of the car, especially at about a 45 degree angle, the car looks a bit bloated or pregnant. The front is awesome! The side view is sexy. The rear just does not look proportionate. Would wider wheels on the rear help this? A larger aftermarket spoiler? I am going to buy a 6MT/AG/Graphite/all options except 4WAS. I still though, have a bit of misgiving about the look from the rear.

Thoughts?

AFTERMARKET spoiler FTW!

The optional one, i admit, is slightly better than chrome... but it still doesnt do it for me. It's very rounded... i guess to match the rest of the rear... but something like a IMPUL spoiler, like they have the G sedan, would be nice.

A spoiler that was a bit longer, and out there, a bit bolder! Thats what it needs. Oh and Bat's overlays =p

To each his own. I think the rear looks great, but the front is a little too formal. I don't really care for the grille's shape. I realize it's the Infiniti "family" look, but I prefer the G35 Coupe's grille.

to be honest the rear looks like the bently gt 110%. Its pretty sad of a rear end for factory. the G35 was much nicer. I am a fan of the rear lights a lot and the larger exhaust tips. I almost didn't buy this car just because of the rear end. But the rest of the car was just so damn sexy i couldn't pass it up. Once The Tuners get a hold of the car and they start producing rear lips, bumpers and spoilers everything will be fixed. I think most aftermarket tuners will go in the direction of a wider rear end much like the G35 had....

I could handle a bit more of an "out there" spoiler on it. Something a bit more aggressive but still tied into the lines of the car. I'll be curious to see what aftermarket comes up with in a few months.

I love the back end of my G37, every time I walk away from it, I look back at that rearend and like how wide and aggresive it looks. It makes me happy in my pants!! I prefer the optional spoiler, because it is subtle and sleek.

i think a bigger spoiler would look nicer...i was debating on whether getting the factory spoiler or waiting for aftermarket...also, i think bluebat overlays would help make the rear look nicer tooo
