Thanks for the advice Red. I've got a buddy with a body shop that performs miracles with paint. I'll probably let her accumulate a few more wounds before getting it fixed.

BTW - I love that MDX too.

She must be the reason why oil is over $80 without a logical reason...

Actually blame the traders and speculators. She just helps find it.

Crap

Got rear eneded on my way to work today by some kid. Only 600 miles on the car. This happened to me 3 years ago when I got my brand new 350Z 2 weeks after owning it I was rear ended by a Tahoe doing 40 MPH (he forgot to brake at a light). I was able to walk away but car was totaled. At least today wasnt too bad but it looks like new bumper time.

Hmmm may have to stop buying new cars.

My last new car (Saab 93 Aero) was totalled 6 hours after I got it. Got rear ended while stopped at a red light by a guy doing 60.

I didn't even have whiplash, thankfully. Those active head restraints work!

I ran over some road debris in my G after having it for about a week. It was pouring rain and dark and I didn't even see what it was. My driver's side rocker moulding needs to be replaced. It felt like I ran over a freaking cinder block. The good thing is that it comes pre-painted.

Well it looks like anew bumper is going to be about $1000.00 with labor and paint. the good thing is the body shop guy told me that they are pretty sturdy undter the bumper so no additional damage was done.

Right after it happend I got out of the car and the poor kid thought I was going to kill him - never seen anyones eyes get that big, so I counted to 10 and let him live.
