Question

I have a 2006 G35 Sedan that is a current lease for 3 years ... im at about 16k Miles even... Do you think Infiniti will have some type of thing where i can trade in my current car with the current lease and end it early and move onto the g37?

Nope. I have a Nissan and what they'll do is appraise your car, determine what its worth and what you owe on it. Then they'll just roll what you owe into the new lease. Good thing about it is since you have an Infiniti, they'll appraise it for more then any other dealer.
