The poll will be deceiving without that option since many of us poll-junkies like to vote even if it doesnt pertain to us

.
Good point. I'm also in that category but will resist the urge to skew the poll by voting.

I love Infiniti's and so what if it's a little bit more, it's only money. I'll have to work a little extra for it but that's not too bad.

I am in, the price is right.

I am still undecided... From one side I love how my G coupe looks already, but then the other side I like to have the new G37 with nicer tech. But then I am not sure if it's worth the tech, because performance wise, I was not happy how the G37 turned out. Then I am thinking about the 335i coupe, because they have better performance numbers, but they don't look as good as the G37. Then my favorite is the Audi S5, which looks amazing inside and out but it's almost in the GTR price range and I kinda want that I am confused on what I should do...

I'm buying if they take my lease in early without raping me for it. yet again, If i can get a good deal on the M35, I might change my mind.

i voted yes. i was guessing around 41K out the door for my setup, but it'll likely be 43K, not a big deal.

Undecided -- gotta' drive it first.

I am actually surprised by how many people have decided to buy the car even though they have never seen or driven it.

i've driven a g35c and the new sedan many times over... it won't be that much different. i don't get how many people don't realize this.

I've always been impressed by the quality of Infiniti, from the G to the Q. I dont think it'll be much of a change with this car.

I'll probably hold out until the 2009 model. I have read the 15 page topic on "Current problems with the 2007 G35 Sedan", and I don't like it much. The first batch of cars is always full of problems.

I'm still buying. Was going to buy a G35 when I moved back from London until I found out they were releasing a new model so I decided to wait since I'm like that....always have to have the latest and greatest. The one I'm buying is about $2k more than the G35 I was going to get, so to me, pricing isn't really that far from what I expected. If I drive it and don't like it, then I won't buy it.

I just got a mailing from Infiniti offering to pay up to 3 months of my existing lease if I lease or buy a new 2007 or 2008 during August. Hopeing my order G37 arrives soon. Keep an eye out for such a offer to help you with getting out of the lease early

I am confused about you figure the G37 will cost about $2K more than the equivalent G35 Coupe. Assuming you would be getting a 6MT because your signature does not mention Journey, with Premium, Nav, 4WAS and delivery, the G37 stickers at $42,965 while the G35 stickers at $40,165. The sticker difference is $2,800, much closer to a $3,000 difference than a $2,000 difference. While most of expected about a $2,000 increase, the real increase is turning out to be about $1,000 more than expected.

Not counting the G35 coupe could have been purchased at a discount, even before the G37 was expected or announced, while G37's will be sold at sticker. So, to order a G37 now results in a $4,000 to $5,000 increase over what the G35 could have been bought for.

Yes, my G37 is pricing out at $42,965 (w/out tax). The G35 that I would have gotten, according to their website b/c I was going to special order since I was getting an off color that they didn't have at the dealers was going to be $40,515 before tax, so that's a difference of $2,450. OK, in between 2k and 3k difference. And still, about as much as I expected of a price increase.

FYI, the G35 I "built" at their website was a 6MT with Premium, Navigation, Rear Active Steer and XM radio.
