All G37s (both the 5AT and the 6MT) will have the i-key and push button start.

so on autos you hold the brake when you push the button to start the car, what do you do for a manual? hold the clutch and brake? just clutch? just brake? i'd take a guess and say keep the car in neutral and hold the brake...

I believe you have to push the clutch in. For any manual car the clutch must be pressed in to turn it on... IIRC.

On the 5AT, you just need to press on the brake and push the button. On the 6MT, you press in the clutch and push the button. You can do this while the car is in gear or in neutral.

at least in my prelude...the car won't start unless the clutch is engaged. I'd say that pretty much goes along wit any type of manual.

the clutch thing is just a safety aspect implemented by the manufacturers. u used to be able to start the car simply in neutral. i have to keep the clutch in on my new bike too.
