He's comparing it to BMW's manual tranny (as he should be, since it's one of the best in the biz), and just about anything is rough compared to that.

It's good critisism, because it may help Nissan focus more R&D efforts in improving that specific area (which has been a nit I pick with my '06 G35 6MT).

I didn't read it that way. Seems to be independant of the BMW.

Good thing is positive review for the clutch which seemed to be an issue on the earlier G. I didn't think the BMW engagement was bad (as inferred in the review), just high. Who knows with these guys.

Thanks for posting the article, very good read, this is going to be an amazing car. Glad to see what their price was, because I ordered mine with the same options.

price is still not final buta close estimate. at least the reviews are coming out better and better

lol that was what I was wondering. I'm sure that Infiniti made it impossible to push the button while a person is in the front and driving; it would be very stupid if they didn't.
