I would totally go talk to another dealer if they are saying that your deposit is not refundable. When I put my deposit down, there was never a question on whether it was refundable or not.

I've never had much luck with CT infiniti dealerships which is why I never bought the last G35 coupe. BMW offers better deals, I was offered $1700 over invoice on the 335 preorders. infiniti dealership refused to take a dollar off MSRP on the g35 so I walked out a few times. So i'll be shocked to see a good deal in CT on the G37. I'm going to contact all dealerships in NE area in december. I'm not paying MSRP.
