G37 vs G35 - comparitve photos
Like alot of you, I was somewhat disappointed when the first g37 photos were released. Maybe it was the lighting, maybe it was dirty pre-production vehicle, maybe angles weren't good. But as more official photos are released, I couldn't help but want to put them side by side with the original (stock) G35 for comparisons. The looks of the G37 are growing on me day by day. While I still think the G35 design is an absolute classic, I beginning to accept the g37 as a positive refreshing look..

great job on the comparison pics, really helps. the g37 is growing on me tho the front bumper and same narrow tires suck. noticed you bought your coupe from the same dealer as me (discover infiniti), SD rocks!

I like how the area above the rear fender looks from the angle of comparison #2. I can already imagine how mean it will look when lowered on fatty wheels. I was reading some magazine callled automobile or something and said that the g37 is a bit longer and wider than the g35 and also is gonna weigh more. I'm curious how the exhaust sounds on this beast.

Those shots show how the G37 has a better profile, more aggressive front (I never understood how anyone considered the old front aggressive with almost bug-eye headlights), and an overall more cohesive design. In Athens Blue minus the chrome lip spoiler, the G37 is a stunner.
With those comparisons though, it amazes me how the G37 has a lower overall height than the G35. It looks like a much bigger car in every dimension, but it's less than 1 inch longer, 1 inch wider, and is actually lower.
