I think the poll needs to add "Front Bumper Design". Seems like a lot of people aren't feeling that large center opening idea, myself included. I liked the proto's dual inlet much like the 1st gen.

IMO a bit close to the altima coupe
Yes, the new 2007 Nissan Altima Coupe is the poor man's G35, as long as the financially challenged don't mind moving the coupe's motivating wheels up front. Though given a shorter wheelbase and shorter overall length than 4-door Altima, the Coupe looks like a cross between its sedan sibling and rich cousin, the Infiniti G35. Ahead of the doors it's all Altima, but aft of and including the C-pillar, it's all G35. The broad and defined shoulders that flow over the rear fenders and into the trunk are just gorgeous if you ask us.

All of this Altima, G35 nonsense needs to stop. When the G35 coupe hits the dealers there will be no confusing which is a G35 and which is an Altima. Yes, they use the same basic shape. That's Nissan styling for you. Just like VW's and Audi's have the same basic shape.

I sure hope no one will want to buy one, less dealer markup for me. But I know I'm dreaming, this car will be a homerun for Infiniti. I might just wait till winter, less demand for a RWD sport coupe during that season.

How are you comparing the two? They are not competitors. Compare a 335i to the G37
