^ Concept car ... has all the bells & whistles that a production car won't have. My estimation -- no lug nuts (plural) but a single lug nut at the center of the wheel behind the 'Infiniti' center cap.
A lot of racing wheels (ie Formula-1) use just 1 giant lug to hold the rim in place. Makes changing wheels a snap! (But totally impractical for every day purposes, unless you have full-access air tools)

is there any benefit for the regular driver (us) with a single center nut ?
it wouldnt be too expensive for a shop to get a tool for removal... but if the shop didnt have it and you needed tires / repair... UH oh.
if you look close at the picture it looks like there ISNT enough room for the lugs to be underneath the cover.
additionally whats the deal with the front bumper? i know its a show/prototype car is it possible the bumper/front is made out of a lower weight component such as fiberglass etc ? i guess just for the show ?
