i am thinking of getting an isr y pipe and isr single exit in my 09 vert. would it make more sense to get the sedan version and put it on the vert or the coupe version and put it on the vert. i am just wondering what exaughst would fit better on the vert

Sedan exhausts definitely will not work.
As far as I know, suspension / routing should be very similar between vert and coupe, but the rear bumper is slightly different.
I have high flow cats and axle-back from a coupe, which fit without issues (I think one hanger in the back was off), but not sure about a full system..

thanks dawg you da goat, isr sounds amazing. Also another thing, do you know if that’s v brace will be in my way when installing it? the subframe support brace?

Based on what I've seen, all the braces hang below the belly line so it should not have any issues with clearing the exhaust (just my observations - I don't have a strut bar or subframe braces). In a case of a brace going across the bottom (front or rear), you'll have to remove it to switch the exhaust (obviously).
