Newbie with flipper trouble

Salvage yard
Have you tried a salvage yard?
I need help on finding just the flipper doors. I had the partial shelf motor motor go out and i live 250 miles from the nearest Infiniti dealer. I took it to a Nissan dealer near by. Well they ended up breaking both flipper doors. They said they were already broken but they were not. I need both flipper doors with the mounting plates. I have called all over and can not get a part number. Has anyone just purchased the doors only or does it only come with the complete partial shelf side assembly. I have tried ebay with no luck.

Gotcha. You can get just the trim panel (Board- Rear Side Finisher), this:
I found the part numbers for the Side Finisher(s):
LEFT Side: 799A5-JJ50A, -JJ50B, or -JJ50C.
Right Side: 799A4-JJ50A, -JJ50B, or -JJ50C.
Discount Infiniti Parts has the price listed at $178 each.
I strongly suggest you contact them, provide your VIN, and have them verify before you buy!
You can not order just the base as that appears to be permanently attached to the arm. That is only available as a whole assembly (for $875):
Your best bet would be to start checking junkyards if you need the base/arm assembly.

(L) 79913-JJ50B, and
(R) 79912-JJ50B.
Both are listed at $875 each at Discount Infiniti Parts.
There are several online junkyards that you can make enquiries with. Sites such as car-part.com, partshotlines.com, and hollanderparts.com all have "parts request forms" that might help you.
While these parts come up on eBay from time to time, often they are way overpriced for what they are.

I just finished replacing this linkage assembly on my 2014 Q60. I bought it from Infiniti Wholesale Direct for $829.56 + tax and shipping, $924 total. It took a few hours, but wasn't too difficult. Thanks for all the pictures and instruction by the previous posters. Some thoughts on the process:
1) Put down a blanket or other material across the trunk lid. and over the linkage mechanisms at the side of the trunk, because if you drop a screw down there, it's a goner.
2) The recessed bolt has a threaded washer on the inside of the hole. If you use a screwdriver or a trim fastener removal tool to pull down on the screw head it will bind the washer enough that you can un-thread it.To re-instal, I used some cellophane tape to tape the washer to the top side of the linkage frame to keep it in place until the bolt was in.
3) Now that the assembly is in place, the finisher isn't quite in the right place. It's tipped a little so that the front edge is elevated and the rear is dipped a little. Trying to figure out how to adjust the alignment. Any ideas?

HELP!!! I replaced the left and right gears on the flipper unit following the instruction son this post. After everything got replaced and the flipper units got reinstalled I tried to close the top. The roof made it into the closed position but the trunk got stuck in the open position. Now the top won't go back to the open position or complete the closing process. On the bright side the flipper units did move to the closed position. Any ideas what might be wrong???
