G37 Vert Graphite Black Leather

Question - Does the graphite interior on the G37 vert get too hot when top down and in sun for a long time ? If you leave top down for hours in sun does the black graphite surface get too hot ? Can you sit in vehicle immediately ?

Not yet

Hasn't been near scorthing but my top is down nearly always. So i cannot attest to if it is unhabitable. Thats why i left phx in 64! The seat cooler works pretty fast and well. For me it is comfortable usually and on rare occassion i have chilled briefly. i love the graphite(and the car)

I have graphite/graphite, yes, it gets hot. When I was shopping for my car, the dealer had graphite/graphite and blue/stone, he warned that the graphite CAN get hotter than stone interior. And, yes, he wasn't kidding. It is hotter, but nothing to the unbearable level though, just takes longer to cool down. Well, to me graphite/graphite looks > blue/stone

Mine has the sport package, so no seat cooling, doh!

I think the only thing that gets unbearably hot is the shifter from what I've noticed...

Almost any interior gets unbearable here in Vegas (during the hot months)! We have had tan leather and it burned the wife a few times. This was not even in a Vert. What I am getting at is where you live can play a big part in whats too hot. Out here I just work real hard not to park in the sun. I do appreciate all the parking garages and shaded parking areas. During the hot days we just use our cars that have cloth interiors if there is no shade where we need to go.

I have the Z issue of the graphite exterior (gun metal grey). I love it. It doesn't show dirt like others and is easy to care for (stays outside). Black is a bear to keep clean and I am cleaning my car a couple of times a week. This even though it spends most of its time in the garage.

You never did say what area of the country or what country you live in..........It really does make a big differance.

My original choice was actually black, but then I saw the graphite show, it just looked better sitting in the showroom So ended picking that. Also, you'd need to wash black car a lot more often.

Besides, my last car was black, so also change it up

Black on the outside with stone guts + air conditioned seats

On a serious note, any leather gets hot in direct sunlight.
