Beer Magazine, thanks for helping out with your car. I have no problem putting down a deposit for the exhaust system. Like Thedollardoctor, I have been holding out for the ARK system and it is the only one I would choose for my car.

new g37 vert owner here... i will definitely buy this exhaust if it is fabricated for the vert.

it's absolutely the sexy. Jersey here... otherwise, i would certainly give up my car for R&D.

We are just waiting for ARK's decision on making it for the verts. They were allegedly going to have a meeting about it. I know we are all hoping it gets the green light.

I've got a friend in the Dayton area that's a HUGE gear head and owns a very large and advanced fabrication shop (does A LOT of work for the defense department with armor plating for hummers etc.) I'm going to talk to him about the potential of fabricating an exhaust for me using ARK's GRIP mufflers and HFC if ARK decides against doing this for the verts.

Assuming ARK will at least work a deal for the mufflers and HFCs we may have a backup plan. Especially if I can assure my buddy that his time will be well spent on it if he can sell 5-10 of them. He will likely do it just for the fun of it as he loves car stuff. We'll see.

Obviously I would MUCH rather ARK just make it as they are the experts, but in case they don't, I like to have a backup plan......

 

Count me in. Although, like you said, I would rather get the complete system from ARK.

 

i wish ark would keep us in the loop about what's going on with their decision and whether or not this project looks like it's likely to happen.

any word from the higher ups, ark?
