First post, new '11 G37 vert on saturday

Hey all,

Looking forward to picking up my first Infiniti car and hoping that is will do well by me.

2011 Convert, moonbeam white, wheat, prem, nav, wood, wheels, spare, mud thingies, and band aids in a pouch. This was the dealers first 2011 vert to come in to the lot. They held them back until all of the '10 were gone.

Have to put in a good word for my sales guy at Ramsey Infiniti in New Joysey.

Ralph Keller did a great job dealing with the AMEX/zag price I layed on him, took it like a man and did a great job dealing with me. They stand by the zag price 100% and make no bones about it.

Some sales guys/sales manager/dealers freak when you present invoice and go for a deal. Claim the car is sold, can't locate one, nothing coming in yada yada,

I payed just over $6000 off the MSRP so I'm feeling good about it.

I think I did well considering that the sun and warmth will finally make an appearance here soon in NY and this is the start of the '11 convert selling season.

Had many cars over the years and except for one or two dogs have always enjoyed driving different vehicles over the years. Never again with Mercedes. My ML430 was MY LEMON 430. POS. 22 times in the shop over 2 years.

The wife and I are enjoying a nice '09 LTZ Tahoe, E430, A4 cab, and '08 Cayanne S at the moment. The G will add to the fleet and my enjoyment.

Looking forward to this forum, seems there are good people here as most if not all car/boating forums I've been on or am on now.

Now to find a nice rear spoiler and what ever else you guys recommend to make this ride a great one.

Thanks.

Welcome & congrats on the new ride.

NJ is strongly represented in the drop top G world and there are several local guys on the forum.

I got my Vert from Ramsey in early July 2009 and I was one of the first to buy a vert from them that year when the model debuted. I have found their dealership to be top notch from sales through service and even parts - A+ all around. Great choice!

Any NJ vert owner get a clear bra in Northern NJ.

I called Nelson in Paramus and he seems to know his trade.

I bit pricey, have to see what others are paying.

He recommends the Avery Nano product.

Anyone have any idea on the bra and the cost?

Thanks.

It's 9:06am. The dealership is open. Where is the post with the first pics???

I had pizza & frosty beverages with some buddies @ Kinchleys last night and saw your car on the ramp out in front of the dealership awaiting your pick up.

The car looks great & we all know you are gonna love it. Weather today may see 60 so enjoy it. Hopefully each time you drive it that ear to ear smile will remain on your face!
Good luck!

Picked up the car. It is AWESOME! Everyone loves it.

Drives like a dream. The iPod interface is excellent. So far, very impressed with the car.

I have to get a quick coat of Rejex on her tomorrow.

Here she is:
