Poll: Infiniti G37 Convertible vs. Lexus IS250C/IS350C

G37 C v. IS350 C
Both are beautiful cars but Lexus doesnt offer a manual transmission option. Also, the rear headrests in the IS make the car look a bit out of proportion and detract from the sleek style.

Its just too bad that the IS 250/350 quality is WAY DOWN, I own a 2011 IS350 AWD and a 2010 RX450 and the difference in quality is unbelievable. My RX450 quality is on par with the VERY NICE SC430 (I almost purchased one!) but my IS 350 fit/finish and interior component quality is almost detroit level, actually old detroit, the newer gm cars may even eclipse it. Did I just say that? My just purchased G37S convertible has minor cowl shake (big bumps) BUT it's build quality is in another league in comparison to the IS. As a matter of fact my wife and I have determined that we will trade the IS in at a loss next year for and awd G37 coupe. I wanted an all Lexus garage but their quality is going south while Infiniti and Hyundai are moving up. I will buy another RX in a heartbeat if they dont mess those up! It's hard to beat real life 28 mpg on a big luxocruiser!

I also owned a loaded 335i Coupe
And it was a great car when the FUEL PUMP worked, the handling and ride isn't better than a G37 with the sport option. Also most 335's dont have nav and the options are SO EXPENSIVE and definitely not worth it considering the look of the interior seems like it's a dercade past time for a re-design.
The 335 was unbelievably fast and powerful with a JB3 installed, I dyno'd mine@ 340 hp to the the rear wheels on a mildly aggressive map that was easy on the car. The JB3 option on the BMW makes it unequalled in the performance category compared to almost all competitors.
I personally enjoy my G37S over cars I have owned in the past (C6 Corvette convertible, Z4 convertible, 335 coupe etc.)

yes
I drove the Lexus IS 350 to the golf course today and it has nothing to be ashamed of in the performance and handling category (razor sharp). I'm not trying to create a controversy; sorry if I stirred up a bad memory.
