-Southbend Stage 2 Daily Clutch (w/ quiet disk option) and 19 lb Aluminum Flywheel - 85,635

-Struts and Springs Replaced with OEM Parts - 89,455

-Serpentine Belt Replaced - 90,008
-Rear Differential Fluid Replaced with OEM Fluid - 91,304
-Air Filters Replaced with OEM Filters - 92,657
All of this maintenance has been done for preventative measures, except for the following:
The Clutch Slave Cylinder failed which is a common problem among G37's/370z's. It was a factory design flaw and they're mostly guaranteed to fail. The CSC has been replaced with a Heavy Duty unit made by ZSpeed Performance. This unit, unlike the OEM one, will not fail. I've replaced the clutch with a Southbend Clutch/Flywheel combo because the stock clutch left a lot to be desired. The Soutbend option is perfect for a daily driver, as it isn't heavy, but still grabs extremely well.
The front left ball joint had a very small amount of play in it so I replaced the control arm (which has the ball joint integrated into it). While I was working on the suspension, I replaced the sway bar end links, outer tie rod ends, and the shocks/springs. They didn't show signs of going bad, but at this mileage, I figured it couldn't hurt.
I've also added a few tasteful modifications to the car, listed below:
-Professionally Vinyl Wrapped Carbon Fiber Interior Trim (using 3M vinyl wrap)
-Stock "Push-to-Start" Button Replaced with Red Nissan GT-R "Push-to-Start" Button
-Plastidipped Wheels Gunmetal Gray (can be easily peeled off in 10 minutes if desired)
-iJDMToy LED Turn Signal Bulbs
-Gunmetal Shift **** w/ Engraved 6 Speed Pattern
-Avital Aftermarket Alarm System w/ 2 Remotes
I'm very open and honest about the flaws of the car because there are so few.
Flaws:
-Small door ding on the driver's side door (can be repaired by a Paintless Dent Remover)
-Small scrape on the underside of the front bumper (only visible if you bend over and look underneath) as well as a few rock chips. I can include touch up paint that I purchased if you want.
-Front tires will need replacing within the next 10,000 miles
-The passenger side floor mat has a coffee stain
I've always hand washed the car and it's always been garaged. It's never been driven in the winter or on salted roads since I've had it. Therefore, there's no a spot of rust on the whole car or on any parts underneath.
The car also just underwent a $950 detail last month. The paint was claybarred, compounded, and polished then C-Quartz coating was applied. This coating is much stronger than any wax or sealant and usually lasts 1-2 years. Google about it to learn more. You won't have to worry about waxing the car at all in the next couple years. The paint is in showroom condition and is now very well protected.\
The interior of the vehicle is in excellent condition. It looks nearly brand new with no flaws or problems. All the interior electronics work as intended and it is extraordinarily clean for a car with this mileage.
Mechanically, the car is rock solid. It drives like it's brand new. It's comfortable, sporty, the transmission shifts smoothly, and the engine runs smoothly. This is the most reliable car you can own with 330 horsepower! This car is loads of fun and you'll never have to worry about breaking the bank with repair bills.
I have 2 sets of keys, as well as all of the original informational materials (owners manuals, etc.), and a iPhone-to-auxiliary cable so you can control iPhone 5/6 phones through the car's interface.

So has it been sold, on Ebay or locally? I'm interested, but unfortunately at a distance (Seattle). Fortunately, relatives in N.Y.C., where I'm from originally, could check it out. Please let me know if it's still for sale, at shinsaiboxman@yahoo.com or text 425-559-4333
Thanks,
Rick
