yeah it really does suck. I just don't have many options, but you're all right tho. nothing short of seller's right to cancel I'm gonna hit by something....

yeah im going to agree with everyone unless there's a reasonable compromise between you and the buyer, 43k is pretty outrageous, i really do hope u solved ur financial situation but monthly? payments of 100bucks, seems doable, but taking a that huge first depreciation is worse

now in a pit of regret. I need to see if I can get sell the car to save myself a lot of issues... I'm throwing in a few things but I'm sorry the number for the car has to be done at where its at.

2009 G37 S Journey 7AT BlueSlate Graphite
Premium, Nav, Sport, Technology, packages, vehicle impact alarm, illuminated kick plates etc.

the Grand total for it all is 43k after title. 45 was the MSRP

serious inquiries only please. The actual loan adds maintenance and GAP but they're all refundable. so 43k is all it is.

This is in NorCal

Thanks
I priced an identical car out on USAA.

Why are you asking for $43000 for a used car when it only costs $36906 for someone to buy brand new?

Based on that you would have to sell for $33,000 or lower, otherwise the buyer would just buy the car brand new.

well essentially it'd be dealer take back and then immediate sale at the same selling price and perhaps the same terms and conditions. meaning this is for norcal people only.

I mean if this can get done in the next day or so. the price of the car is just 40 (i mean taxes and title are whatever, you pay that the state anyways) for a brand new 09 G37 with nav, tech, sport and premium and aero kit. plus the paint protection, and I can get you a great deal on the maintenance.

no I'm not going to make the person pay taxes twice. I'm just looking for a little help from someone that was going to buy an 09 anyways. I'm not here to debate whether it's new or used...

and seriously, after this deal is done I'll give you cash to handle the title and licensing. which is like 600 bucks in itself.
