Because there are not many fans of verts. Which is why they make a lot less of them.

Think it's more likely because they MSRP close to $10k more than something similar only with a roof.

Same reason why there are so many Sedans. They are a lot cheaper for more space. Of course only my opinion, but if price wasn't a factor I think more people would drive an M (same price as the vert) instead of a G sedan.

Maybe not....

This...and the fact that they haven't been produced as many years. I don't think it has ANYthing to do with people "not liking/wanting" verts....sh8t I woulda got one if I could have found one for the same price as my coupe!

 

I personally have liked coupes always over verts. The only vert I'd buy is the mercedes sl63. I like the G vert too but something about the rear I didn't like.

 

Wow, a lot of off topic vert discussions here I like the buzz though.
Vert are always more expensive than coupes and I think it is generally a low demand type vehicle compared to other body styles. The point is, if you like it, want it and can get it you will. It's a choice offering in the infiniti line up since other manufacturers have verts.
