Im surprised we havent heard anything yet about the 2010 models. I think its because of the 2009 convertible, so we may not get info until July/August.

Here is what I heard yesterday from Infiniti: This fall, the 2010 G37 Sedan has a modified interior and exterior with new wheels, front(?) and rear facias, tail lights and some interior revisions. I wouldnt be surprised to see Rain-Sensing wipers (like the convertible) and possibly Heated and Cooled seats (also like the convertibles). There will probably be some color revisions as well. Athens Blue has not been a popular color on the new coupe, and has been around since 2005, so i would not be surprised to see it changed. If you want this color--probably should order one soon. The Coupe and Convertible models get the same revisions later in the model year--possibly for 2011. I have not specific details, but imagine I will get them soon. Figures all this is announced 2 months after I get my 2009 G37x Sedan.

Source? Is this documented anywhere or is it from a dealership? Maybe your dealership knows more than mine...

Last news I got rom Infiniti Europe, is that only the sedan will get a facelift.
Even though it's been around for a shorter period than the coupe, they will give the sedan a facelift because of the dissapointing sales numbers.
I also asked about the coupe, and they told me that it wasn't going to see a facelift anywhere soon.
However that was info concerning the European part.
They also mentioned that American G's will be slightly altered in the newer models, so they have more in common with the Euro models.
This means more luxury will be added, like auto wipers.

I don't know what to make off it, but time will tell as for now I take it with a grain of salt.

I've saw an official statement from Infiniti about a dual direct injection feature on there latest cars (nothing about which ones specifically). While the idea of a twin turbo is possible, the sticker price (and high demand) will definatley not make it affordable. It's not like the economy of scales with the BMW 335i where the twin turbo is stock. Plus doesn't the G37 have a very high compression engine that may not turbo well?

the 2010 M is the same as the 2009... the 2011 M will be a redesign.

as far as the G coupe and sedans... i'll keep my mouth shut but it's not a bad idea to pick up an '09 now. worth the wait to get a 2010? idk... i dunno nothing

Spill the beans man, we all know there wont be any major changes to the 2010...a few more standard options, maybe a new color, and minor interior/exterior updates

So it looks like the coupe is just getting some minor interior changes. The sedan is getting a new fascia and interior updates as well.

2010 Infiniti G37 Coupe
For the 2009 model year, the G37 Coupe lineup expanded with the addition of a new G37x Coupe AWD model featuring Infiniti’s “intelligent” ATTESA E-TS® all-wheel drive system. For 2010, the major enhancements are found inside the seductively styled G Coupe body – with revised colors and model/option package content.

The 2010 G Coupe is available in four models – G37 Coupe, G37 Coupe Journey, G37S Coupe Sport 6MT and G37x Coupe AWD. Every G37 Coupe comes equipped with a standard 3.7-liter VQ-series V6 with VVEL (for Variable Valve Event and Lift) rated at 330 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque.

The engine is backed by a choice of an electronically controlled 7-speed automatic transmission with available magnesium paddle shifters or a responsive 6-speed manual transmission.

The G37 Coupe’s advanced platform and chassis also includes an available 4-Wheel Active Steer system (4WAS), which helps improve vehicle handling performance by adjusting both the front steering gear ratios and the rear suspension geometry according to steering input and vehicle speed. Braking and handling is targeted to be among the best in the luxury sport coupe class.

The G37 Coupe also includes an extensive list of available technology features, including a touch screen navigation system with XM NavTraffic® Real-Time Traffic information (XM® subscription required, sold separately), RearView Monitor and an available 11-speaker Infiniti Studio on Wheels™ by Bose® audio system with 24-bit Burr Brown DAC, 3-way door speaker arrays with 10-inch woofers and a 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive.

The 2010 Infiniti G37 Coupe goes on sale in January 2010.

Changes for 2010 include:

* Revised interior colors and new aluminum interior trim appearance
* New white gauge color scheme
* New center console design with revised lower center stack on automatic transmission equipped models
* New available next generation Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System with all-new features, including higher resolution graphics, Zagat Survey® restaurant reviews, XM Weather® reports (in addition to XM NavTraffic®), Speed Limited Advisories and fastest-route-calculation based on statistical traffic data (XM® subscription required, sold separately)
* New available Spanish language support for navigation displays and Voice Recognition functions
* New rain-sensing wipers
* New available Advanced Climate Control System (ACCS) – automatically shuts outside air vents when exhaust fumes are detected, while its Grape Polyphenol Filter removes airborne allergens from the cabin and the Plasmacluster™ air purifier uses charged ions to help reduce or neutralize airborne germs
* HomeLink® Universal Transceiver and Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System added to the Journey model
* Heated seats and heated outside mirrors added to the Journey model
* RearView Monitor now standard on the Journey model
* 2GB Music Box Flash Memory Music Server added to the Premium Package
* Revised 18-inch wheel color (lighter)
* One new exterior color

I was in a similar situation, where as fast as my dealer found a coupe with the color and equip. I wanted, it was gone. So he told me that the dealerships have car orders in the queue for production and they can change the specs on the order. Get your dealer to re-spec a car the way you want it. I ordered mine Sept 1 and received it Nov. 2. Good luck.
