Dont hate. Canadians are supposed to be nice people. they dont have much else to offer (well there is Rush) so you have to be nice

I was just talking about Canada last night with a friend. I've only been there twice, but I have had a good time when I am there. And the girls....beautiful!

I concur especially about the woman. Drove from Calgary to Vancouver and I must say beautiful country and great roads ( tolls were bloody expensive though) so in general we like those crazy canucks

Isn't that how it usually is. A movie gets hyped up and then it turns out to be a let down or not as good as you thought.

I have to agree. The few Canadians I have known have all been pretty cool. I wonder what they did last winter without having hockey.

Not to defend the Canadian guy, but we foreigners really don't understand or appreciate the American movie industry in many aspects. I know a lot of people that would laugh at Star Wars. I personally don't care for it.

What about us Americans? I was beating myself over the lockout of the NHL. I really hope they come to some agreement soon. I miss hockey.

Ah but teddy Star Wars has fans from all over the world. People were camped out for day in Britain. The 501 legionares were parading in Syndey (thats Stormtroopers to the non geek) as well as many other places. Perhaps its because you are from the female pursuation more so

Being a woman has little to do with that Aleic, being from the female persuasion I shouldn't have any business on a car message board either. I guess it's a cultural thing too, I bet the average American is not a fan of European movies either. I've never been a fan of LOTR for that matter and I have friends that even know the book(s) by heart..

ok ok perhaps this has gone a tad too deep. At the end of the day if you like it you like it. If you dont you dont which is the power of choice and is still a liberty we all enjoy. As for a female on a car message board, I say the more the merrier. Keeps us in check to be honest.

star wars has been widely popular all over the world even from when it first came out, who cares what one random canadian has to say about a movie that "sucks"....the fact is that the star wars movies have been some of the most successful movies in history and george lucas has created a very profitable product,

btw, lotr is awesome
