300zx Tuner in Florida?

So do any of you guys know of a good Z shop that could do a bit of work on my 300zx tt. It'd be nice if there was a place in Tampa, but I'm cool with driving as far as I need to to get good work done. I've used Z Fever once before and I didn't really have a problem, but I seem to hear lots of bad things about them.

Anyways, thanks for the help.

Go to XAT Racing in tampa, www.xatracing.com

They specialize in all nissan/infiniti cars. They are pretty damn good, you should check them out.

Did we have a dyno day at XAT? Hmm I'll have to give them a call and ask what sort of work they've done on 300zx's before.

Oh I should also ask who you guys like to use for audio work. I need to have the whole sound system replaced.

isn't Z1 motorsports in FL? Go there if it is, period. They are definitely one of the best Z32 and Z33 tuners in the nation.

Ya I've heard lots about Z1 but I don't know if they are in Fl, like djniknala said I think they are in GA. And I would love to take it to Jeremy if he knows what he is doing with a z32.

I would talk to Jeremy before I did anything else. If he doesn't feel that he can tune a 300ZX, he'll tell you.

I would go to Stereorama for the Stereo install. Ask for Bill or Terry.

Ya I think I'll talk to Jeremy before I do anything. Actually I think I'm gonna do the basic bolt ons myself, its just the big stuff like replacing the turbos (which I might do in 5k- 10k miles) that I want an experienced shop to do. I'm just trying to figure out what exactly my game plan is with this car. The owner (who lives in Germany now) is moving back to the states for good, so he's bringing his cars from Germany. Anyway he called up today and asked me if I wanted to have the Z. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth my while keep it or not.

I'll have stereorama take a look at it and see what they think about the system. I also just found a guy on the 300zx forums who specializes in helping people redo their old 300zx Blose systems.
The time is coming when I might have to make a choice between the Z and the G :tear:.

On a side note... I'm pretty sure it was XAT that did our tampa dyno day some months back. Am I right?
