How hard / long to change them out?
YOu will need to drain remove the splash guard, and drain coolant, and move a couple small things. It's not too bad of a job. We'd charge about 1-1.5hrs to do it, and much of that time is spent repurging the cooling system when we refill.

It's definatly an easy do-it-yourself type job, as long as you don't mind getting down and dirty.

Upper and lower rad hose, and two tiny overflow hoses.

Down and dirty is not a problem, but going to have to go read up on purging cooling system. Thanks.

Yes, but that valve is not needed, and causes even more of a mess...LOL.

I am very anti-mess.

I looked it up in the SM last night and there are two vents. Both look easy to get to, but I have not taken the SM picture out to the car and compared yet. One is on the radiator and one is on the heater hose. Both say replace O-ring, but not sure that is necessary?
