I need some help. Due to divorce and crazy ex reasons, it sat at our old house for 4 years. It ran fine back in 2020 and was in excellent shape. 4 years later Im trying to get it started, put a new battery in her and nothing lights up. The brake lights work, but that seems to be it, interior and headlights are inop, car doesnt seem to be getting the power.
Any easy fuses or anything I can check?

Really hoping for an easy fix although I fear not.

Any signs of rodent damage? Drop the under shroud and see if it’s full of droppings. May need to get it towed to a shop and have them look at the wiring harness. Good shop will spot the damage and be able to repair. Is the car in good shape otherwise? 4 years is a long time to sit. You will likely need to pour a bottle of fuel conditioner in the tank as well.

In addition to what socketz67 suggested, I would:

1. Check all the fuses at the positive battery cable (these are slightly known to corrode over time);
2. Check that the ground connections are clean and tight (especially at the negative battery cable);
3. Check that the IPDM/er is clean/ dry (this is the large fuse block to the left of the battery mounted on the fender wall);
4. Check for water under the front footwells especially the passenger-side.

While four years is a long time, my old Honda sat for almost 10 years before I was able to get back to it and it fired right up.
