Just like the title says, what else should I service with the timing cover removed?

Turning this 2012 G37 into a dedicated 24 Hours of Lemons endurance car. Has 114k on the odometer. Took the timing cover off to change out the water pump since I already had the radiator removed to change it out and remove the AC compressor. So, what else should I change out while I'm in here? I've read the '12s don't have the galley gasket issues, but should I do those anyway since I'm here? What about the chains and tensioners?

Car will be looking at 9-hour race days, about 18 hours and 800 miles over a weekend, 3 to 4 times a year. Fresh oil after each race. Just didn't know if I should go ahead and change out everything while I'm in here, or button it all back up after changing the water pump.

Yes, change everything you can.
Gallery gaskets and hardware.
All three timing chains.
Chain tensioners that you can get to. The drivers side tensioner shoe at least.
Inspect the cam sprockets for slippage.
Water pump of course.
An oil pump upgrade would be a good idea. (Nismo at least, Boundary if it'sin the budget)
And maybe a crankshaft damper if you are FI
(ATI has an under and way under drive available)

Good thinking on the oil pump. We're NA, so no need for an upgraded damper.
