E% drop during crank (Flexfuel kit)

Hello!
2014 Q50
Flexfuel kit - 550CC injectors, hi flow fuel pump, content sensor, and signal converter. (All items provided by my tuner)

I am having an issue with my ethanol percentage dropping 10-15% strictly during crank. This in turn causes a rough startup/stall.
We installed the content sensor - it is powered by the unused rear O2 sensor - per my tuners instruction.
The signal converter is powered directly by my battery & input goes to the O2.
My tuner says this is typically a power issue… I dont understand how I could resolve this though - should I try powering both of them to the (new) battery? Should I try powering to ignition wire? I have been stuck on this for 3-4 days. Desperately need help to get my car running properly again. Fuel trims show car running rich currently.

I'm also getting ready to wiring up my flex up analyzer to the downstream o2 wiring.

I need to confirm with Eugene (Enthusiast Auto Care), but I think he instructed me to use the white wire for the signal to the ecu and the red for the 12v?

Hi Amp draw during crank could be low battery, tired starter, bad grounds.
TRY MEASURING VOLTAGE AT THE SENSOR WHILE CRAKING.
Mechanial drag, could be cold oil, bad oil pump return, or simply oil level too high.
Advanced timing can kick back too
Drag anywhere along the serpentine belt doesn't help
AC clutch engaged, bad bearing(s), stiff water pump, etc
