So, one of my friends also has this problem.

2 scenarios

1. You start the car (cold morning) and the BRAKE and slip (the light that comes on when you lose traction, *not "traction off", not VDC* and its solid, it doesnt blink or anything

2. youre driving, mostly when you accelerate, and the BRAKE light comes on, then the slip light, then BRAKE goes off

I have a ABS code for rear left wheel sensor (RWD), havent gotten around to replace it cause its around the subframe and thats out of my specialty, but that lights been on for ages now.

Car is on coilovers

any help would be greatly appreciated

Check your brake fluid level and even more check your brake pads. If they are low that will make your brake fluid level drop.

brake fluid level is fine. my pads rotors and calipers are due in the next few months, but i dont think thats the issue if slip lights coming and staying on too. buddy of mine is also having this issue.

problem solved

ended up replacing my calipers and hoses and all that good stuff, fixed my problem.

leaving this thread for anyone with a similar issue that they couldn't resolve
