2011 infiniti g37s manual 94k miles

a few weeks back i was driving and the traction control light (not the usual traction control light) and the service engine light was on so i check to see what it is and it’s code P2101 also after clearing the code the car was going into limp mode every couple minutes but it would drive and accelerate fine until then so i try changing the throttle body with a used one (passenger side) and that didn’t help then i tried a brand new hitachi one a few weeks later (passenger side) and i go to clear the codes and i have 5 codes before even starting the car P0223 P0228 P2133 P2101 P0106 and i clear them but they come back instantly and the cars still off hasn’t been started in about 2 weeks so i start it up with the codes and seems to idle fine but i didn’t drive it due to it going into limp mode before and also before when i would clear the code it would go away for about 3-4 minutes but now they won’t go away at all i did an idle relearn after i installed the new throttle body and it looked like the warning lights went away for about a split second when i started the car but they came back instantly i’m not sure what the issue is i was having a problem with the sunroof drain on the passenger side but today when i looked at it weeks later there’s a puddle and mold in the drivers side floorboard under the pedals seems to have come from the back since it’s wet back there too i’m thinking it’s an ecu problem but i feel like i would have more codes
