09 VQ37VHR Lifter tick

I have an 09 g37x coupe. I've owned it for about 3 years now and it's been nothing but amazing except for the starter going out. When I bought the car it had 155K miles and now it has 185K. I love this car and I don't beat on it considering I can't risk blowing it up since i'm still in college and have no money. For a little while now, i've noticed the lifters are getting louder. I can't remember if they were this loud when I bought it, but now it's just irritating. It drives fine, there's no engine codes and like I said I baby this thing, so I don't think anything's broken. I can only hear the noise during idle, anything above 2k rpm's and the noise is basically gone. I know it could either be the vvel actuators or the lifters so right now, i'm trying to figure out if I should put seafoam in the crankcase or not. I've read some good things about it but the threads are pretty old. I'm just worried since it has 185k miles, the seafoam could damage some gaskets or something. I change the oil every 5K and use FS, right now i'm using Mobil 1 FS High Mileage. Any thoughts?
