Engine RPM stutters/hesitates/jerks while accelerating

I have a 2012 g37xs, 90k miles, 7at, lately the last week or so whenever i accelerate the rpms go up not smooth at all, this only happens in d or ds but if i use the paddle shifters it doesn’t do it, i have a video of it doing it, i searched around but nobody has this exact problem, almost feels as if the trans is slipping, feels almost like a misfire or such, but once again only does it in automatic, i can’t really describe it other than a “jerk up” the rpm range rather than it being smooth

The previous owner of my ‘12 was turrible about maintenance. I was turning different possibilities in my head as to what could be causing the weird, jerky, feeling of a miss at part throttle acceleration, and finally realized I hadn’t checked the air filters. They were dirtier than I had ever seen, and a fresh pair made for a drastic improvement. It smoothed out immensely.
