13 G37S randomly Slugish
I have a 2013 G37S manual sedan with 57k miles. This morning it was extremely sluggish(felt like the 93 civic i had with a 1.5 liter motor, 80 hp and no torque) this morning for about 30 miles of driving to the gym. it sat for about 30 minutes then it drove completely normal. I think it may have felt this way before but it would of been on a short drive where i didn't have the time to fully realize it or just thought it was in my head since ive only had the car for a few months. it was a little colder this morning, but I've driven it in colder weather another day and didn't have issues.
The oil level is about 2/3 between the tick marks and is clean; the dealership i bought it from did an oil change and it was at that mark when i bought it.
The filters aren't very dirty.
My mind went to the galley gaskets but thought those were supposed to be a better version after 2012. but no oil light or check engine light lit up.
Maybe the throttle bodies need cleaning, thought it was kinda low mileage for that, but i haven't looked at them.
Im about to do my first oil change on the car, change the air filters, cabin filter and overall check of brakes, suspension etc.
Any help would be appreciated!

Never did find out why. Only happens twice in a couple years of ownership.
Definitely not gallery gaskets

Same here. Throttle body/MAF sensor cleaning fixed the issue. Motordave has a good Idle re-learn DIY if you need it from touching the throttle body.
