2008 Infiniti G37S lagging
I've done a search, failed to find my exact problem. As the title shows, I have a 2008 Infiniti G37s 6speed. After driving, when the problem starts to happen, I will stop at a light for example, notice my RPMs higher than normal at an idle, at like 750-800 at that point I will take off, but pushing the accelerator hard will lag hard, like very sluggish, I press it lighter and it is fine, shift to second and push a little harder on the accelerator and again it is bogging down as I let up a little it's smoother. If I shut the car off, and then restart it...then drive it everything is normal again. The car has about 134K on it.

You likely will not find your exact problem because there are dozens of things that could be contributing to the symptoms you are experiencing. Start simple, diagnose any CELs if you have any first. Run SeaFoam through crankcase, brake booster, and gas. After that, put in fresh fluids (engine oil, trans, diff) and new OEM Denso 3457 spark plugs (105k is the service interval). Clean throttle bodies and perform throttle body relearn procedure (search on here). Only run 93 octane (or 91 if that isn't an option). Don't cheap out on the fluids either. A lot of members here (including myself) go with Redline or Motul for trans/diff/clutch.
All of this is fairly cheap and you can perform the labor yourself. Even if it doesn't fix it, you still have knocked all of this out and will be good on maintenance for awhile.
