burning oil?

I know G’s have a problem with burning oil and theres a black dust that covers my rear bumper. Is this burnt oil that comes out from the exhaust tips? there isnt that much but is it enough to warrant getting a fix?

It might be. It might just be soot; when at idle or full throttle, the ECU goes open-loop and does not try to obtain stoichiometric air/fuel for emissions or economy. At idle, the ECU adds extra fuel for engine smoothness. At full-throttle, it goes rich to protect the engine. It you spend significant time at either extreme, you can expect a sooty exhaust.

You have to monitor oil level and check the plugs to determine if the engine is burning oil.
