2015 q40(g37) rpm

2015 q40(g37) rpm
Hey guys,
just financed my car in July, and it’s been great, but on the other hand I think it’s important that I note I live in Boston so the themperarures are getting pretty cold. My car has been acting a little funny. First I wanna note the most frustrating thing and I can’t find any info about it or know anyone that might have an idea. When I start my car (push start) if that matters < The RPM will spike up then drop and the car would shut off. Understand it possibly could be the alternator, but I delt with that when I drove a Camry so I don’t believe it could be that. I feel like it’s skmething else. I was thinking maybe the throttle bodies need to be cleaned? If anyone has expienced this or might have an idea on what the issue is let me know. Lastly I wanna talk about a whistle/ whining noise when I first start my car in the mornings (it is winter again) I don’t know where it’s coming from. I first thought it was a belt in the front, but sometimes it sounds like it’s coming from the right and then the left. I’m confused and annoyed cause I’m paying a lot for the car and I love it, but of course the 90 day warranty is over and I’m not too sure about the factory warranty but I have to look into that. So if anyone has any ideas PLEASE give me some info and help guide me.
