Too early wait I would do it at 100 to 110k miles

 

I've been doing mine with every "major" maintenance, so around 30k. I definitely notice an improvement after. Also, I get these crap starts where the engine turns a few times but then dies. I end up having to give it some gas to start up the car. Cleaning my throttle bodies gets rid of this issue.

I'm not gonna say that dirty throttle bodies are the problem, but it's a simple solution that may help.

nope, i got only 8k on ODO

 

At around 80K, I changed my plugs. The car wouldn't start, found that I had 1 plug with the porcelain cracked.
