G37 IPL Clutch falls flat to the floor

My clutch has fallen flat to the floor on my 2011 G37 IPL. This is the 4th or 5th time it's happened in the last two years. I've had the dealer replace the master and slave cylinders and use GTR fluid. Seems to all be just a patch job because it always goes back to this. I know the CSC have some issues, but if they replaced it with a new one, I don't get why it's down again only a few months later. Getting a little annoyed. It sometimes is completely unresponsive and other times works perfectly. Yes, I've done some research into it and looked into previous questions here. Still, I'm looking for recommendations from the G community to see if I'll get any suggestions or ideas that I don't already know or have heard.

Thanks in advance, I've had a rough few weeks dealing with this mess.

Cool

I would get the z1 eliminator concentric slave cylinder delete kit. after my experience when this happens I am scared and wished I had done't this to my g before I was destroy3d. .
take it from.me and get that kit or you can change the cylinder and other parts but don't attempt to drive it becuase i dont if your lucks like mines but I ended up into two parks cars after this happend and I got my car from the dealer 24 hrs prior and they said they out the gtr fluid in my car.
my pedal still stuck to the floor during me spinning out
also consider doing a full ss line for it aswell.

try bleeding it yourself and use the motul dot 5
5 that's what I'm running now on my new g and I love it..# fcku Kings infinti of Brooklyn..

If you've had a replacement you might want to consider your driving habit on how you're engaging the clutch. Granted our clutch system sucks, I managed to drive 135k on the stock CSC. My buddy upgraded to the HD CSC with a southbend stg2 clutch and has not had a problem ever since.

If it comes and goes, change the master cylinder first, Will probably fix all your issues.
Then when the time comes do your clutch/flywheel and ZSpeed Performance Nissan 300ZX 350Z 370Z Infiniti G35 G37 Q50 Q60

Arrow

it can be faulty from factory again in my experience my first 37s was brand new and had the cylinder replace twice and it still failed. when I brought the car with 50k on it was service from dealer 24 point inspection verified . @ 55k miles I started getting a sticky clutch pedal. @ 61k my car get serviced and they say they replaced fluid gtr clutch fluid then 24hrs after this service vehicle totaled and my clutch still stuck to the floor.
my thought they should have left like it was in the earlier vq35 z/g or use quality parts if they going to upgrade.

2011 105k mile 6MT owner chiming in to say I parked the car and it had a clutch, then when I got back in it, it had no clutch pedal. Adding fluid led me to where the clutch fluid was leaking from the transmission bell housing. Everyone basically said, "yep, that's the concentric slave cylinder"

Last wednesday ordered one of the ^ Zspeed CMAK kits above ^
It was delivered Friday and installed this weekend, I had some friends and beers to help.

The OEM CSC is an absolute piece of plastic crap. The inner seal on my CSC was gone/shot/kaput/nonexistant by the time we got the transmission out. I assume the pieces of the seal I didn't find were hanging out in the bottom of my master cylinder reservoir as black grit.

Went ahead and replaced everything myself hydraulic/clutch related. Bled everything myself, multiple times. Bench bled/primed master cylinder myself. It's a job worth doing correctly. If you have intermittent leaks it is probably the master cylinder but the reality is the entire clutch hydraulic system needs to be serviced/replaced at the same time.

I like to trust car dealers usually, but when they are going to charge upwards of $2700 in labor for $250 in unreliable OEM parts, it's hard to believe a word they say.

Would recommend CMAK. I went ahead and replaced everything while the transmission was out. The labor cost is too high and the parts are too cheap not too.

i.d list3n to this guy. as an result to me loosing my first g37 due to the clutch pedal I knew the csc was garbage due to its design.
Glad you got your car done the right way man
but i still don't think i'll ever hit the stealership for another clutch pedal diagnostic ever . I'll just thug it out on my back 4ton jack and HD stands.
