1st and reverse gear grind when letting clutch out?

So this only happens on cold starts. When I push the clutch in, in neutral I get a weird vibration grind sound. Then when I throw in gear and start to let the clutch out I hear it again? Then after first gear it doesn't do it. And also in reverse when I'm letting the clutch in and out it'll do. It. It's so odd. But when I drive it around it won't do it. Any idea what it could be? It almost sounds like it grinding gears but not tooooo loud but loud enough
I have a jwt clutch with less than 10k. New heavy duty slave and new master. New everythingggg
