Frozen Boost Heat Exchanger - now included with Stillen kit?

It appears Stillen now includes the Frozen Boost Heat Exchanger with their kit. I have the Heat Exchanger ready to install. I hope this is not a mistake because I know this seemed to be the answer to the heat soak issue.

The kit has always had a heat exchanger, or else they would have no way to cool the air. I sincerely doubt it is the frozenboost one as they describe theirs as "compact".

Install is pretty straight forth. I wouldn't say it's the 'answer' to the heatsoaking issue though.
